What Ludiflash® is made of.

Ludiflash components comply with leading pharmacopoeia monographs: 

For Kollicoat SR30D (US-DMF No. 15055, Type IV) and for Ludiflash (US-DMF No.20960, Type IV) a separate US-DMF has been filed.

Ludiflash is not a pure physical blend, but has been co-processed from its three ingredients in a validated, patented process following cGMP-guidelines. 

A unique manufacturing process for unique properties.

Ludiflash® is more than just the sum of its individual, high-quality ingredients:  

• Carefully controlled particle size distribution, particle structure
  and high bulk density combine to provide good flowability 
• A standard tableting process yields excellent content uniformity,
  even at high tableting speeds 
• Compact, but highly porous and fast-disintegrating tablets with
  exceptional hardness and low friability
• Tablets can be manufactured, handled and packaged
  using standard equipment 
• Low hygroscopicity when stored as a pure powder or in finished
  formulations, ensuring the stability of the active ingredients and of the tablet itself
